The market for transporting liquid chemicals is substantial. Van den Bosch specialises in high-potential segments, such as setting up supply chains for emulsions and GMP+ products in Europe, as well as for chemical liquids for the Central Eastern European and West African markets.
We bundle our knowledge to show that bulk logistics is not just about quantity, but more and more about quality. This has driven us to develop a specific solution for the transport of latex, resin, adhesives and other emulsions. We also have extensive in-house knowledge of GMP+ transport since we have been transporting raw materials for the animal feed industry internationally for years.
Emulsions and GMP+ goods
By deploying specific chemical trailers and containers, we ensure optimal support for emulsions and GMP+ products in the supply chain. We’re constantly looking for improvements, because we believe bulk logistics can be smarter. For example, by developing cleaning programmes for latex which save on costs and time.
Feed safety
We also lead the way in feed safety. We are GMP+ certified and turn our knowledge into smart concepts, such as saving and providing insights into previous loads. We also share our expertise with transport partners, who are also GMP+ certified.
Central Eastern Europe and West Africa
We transport various raw materials from and to Central Eastern Europe and West Africa. From lubricants, ethanol and polyol to benzene and fatty acids. In our extensive network, we use 20ft and 25ft tank containers with a capacity of up to 35,000 litres.
Strategic locations
In addition to our heated tank containers, we also provide heating units at strategic locations in our network. By heating the bulk cargo with glycol or steam, we bring it to the desired final temperature on site. It’s just one more example of how we’re working on a smarter version of the supply chain.
