Have you always wanted to take a look at Van den Bosch? Or learn more about the world of bulk logistics? Then this is your chance! On June 1, 2022, Van den Bosch will oranigse the very first career event at the Van den Bosch Academy in Erp.

Get to know the inspiring world of bulk logistics. The world of bulk has many facets that you can learn all about at this interactive career event. Whether you are looking for a new challenge right now or just want to meet the teams that shape our organisation: everyone is welcome to visit our very first career event.

Get to know us with no strings attached

“In this way, we want to give potential employees a glimpse of Van den Bosch in a very accessible way,” says Michiel van Kessel, Director Staff Services. “ We do not work with time slots, a fixed programme or registration. Between 17:00 and 19:00, everyone who is interested in Van den Bosch is welcome to walk in. It offers the chance to get to know us with no strings attached. Even if there is no suitable vacancy for you at the moment, but the visitor is interested in the career possibilities”.

From ICT specialist to graduation internship

During the event, Van den Bosch will be highlighted in its entirety, from management to operations. “Every talent is welcome, from ICT specialist to planners and drivers. Also if you are looking for a (graduation) internship or a work placement,” says Van Kessel. “That is why every department is represented at the event by various employees. They will share their story, talk about the day-to-day business and answer any questions.

A glimpse inside the Academy

It is the first time the Academy is open to the public since the in-house training centre opened in March 2021. Van Kessel: “I am looking forward to meeting people again. It is nice to be able to show something of our organisation, especially in a setting of over five hundred square metres where theory and practice come together. In the current labour market, I am convinced that such meetings are important. That you can welcome people to such a special place as the Academy is extra special.”
