Over the past decade, Van den Bosch has already initiated a sustainable transition. As much as 95% of our transports are now conducted intermodal. Thanks to this modal shift, we increase payload, reduce the number of shipments and work with our customers and partners on CO2 reduction within the supply chain.

Van den Bosch strongly invest in the use of data in the supply chain. We make this data, mostly coming from our Smart Load Units, available via our customer portal FreightInsight. A customised dashboard to meet your information needs both proactively and on demand. For example, detailed shipment data, current statuses, product temperature, container locations and access to transport documents. You also receive notifications of the ETA, status changes and weight differences.
Van den Bosch has been working with Quintiq since 2016. This Advanced Planning System (APS) helps us set up complex supply chains, manage logistics flows and forecast future needs. Customer-specific agreements, such as restrictions on prior loads, are also captured and secured in Quintiq. This allows us to effectively manage the complexity of any supply chain while ensuring maximum efficiency. With new innovations, such as the Quintiq Optimizer, we continue to evolve.
