If anyone can tell the story of Van den Bosch’s sixty year history, it’s the members of the ‘Vutters van Bosch’ boules club. They still get together weekly to play boules while reminiscing about the good old days. 

Tens of millions of litres of vegetable oils are still being exported annually from Africa to Europe in flexitanks. Van den Bosch is now taking the first steps towards transferring this volume to sustainable ISO tank transport.

Van den Bosch celebrates its sixtieth anniversary in 2024. The company was founded in 1964 by Ad van den Bosch. Six decades later, Van den Bosch has grown into a world player in intermodal bulk logistics.

Van den Bosch has successfully converted a number of flows to and from Serbia from road to intermodal bulk transport. Through intensive collaboration with two local parties and the use of silo containers, we have not only increased efficiency for customers but also reduced CO2 emissions.

Kees van der Loop is one of the participants of the international traineeship programme, Van den Bosch launched last September. He has now completed his first block. Together with his mentor, Rob van Dijk, he looks back, and also ahead.

Van den Bosch has festively taken the Renault E-tech T into use. By welcoming this electric truck, we are taking the next step into sustainable fleet management.
